This notice explains how the Mandoberdani website handles personal information. The website is operated by Variosity, MB for the Mandoberdani business project.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, work email, company and message you provide. Our hosting systems may also process standard technical logs, including IP address, request time, browser information and security events.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to answer your request, assess whether we can help and keep a record of business communications. We use technical logs to operate, secure and diagnose the website. We do not sell personal information or use the enquiry form for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a possible business engagement and for our legitimate interests in responding to prospective clients and protecting the website.

Storage and recipients

Enquiries are stored on access-controlled infrastructure in the European region and delivered to our business mailbox. Hosting and email providers process data only as needed to provide those services. We keep unsuccessful or inactive enquiries no longer than reasonably necessary, normally up to 24 months, unless law or an active business relationship requires longer.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your information, or request portability. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your country.
